Essentially it's just a matter of what the vendor puts in their plugin
file, I'm sure Tony will add in the details for his tivo device. For the
time being just copy the vfd xml bit from Ian's device and paste it into
tony's xml file and change the device name.

Hi All
Noticed under the actions section of the Determinators that if
i select Ians vfd i have 2 options....display a message or clear the
screen.....if i select my tvosd i dont have these options...which im
assuming has something to do with the xml file...??? if so how do i create
this file ..??Currently i can only send Broadcast osd messages to my tvosd
by selecting Ians vfd.............
