xPLRioNet beta v3.5b released

Hi all,

Have just published an update to finally (i hope!) fix the shoutcast
issues.
It also tidies up the shoutcast track title a little.

Those already on v3.5 only need the new xplrionet.exe

The update also includes an updated xplrionetconfig.exe (many thanks to
John
B) which fixes the issue of the 'sych' port entry being lost from
xplrionet.xml

It also fixes an issue on the exstreamer side of things where if you
selected a new shoutcast stream while one was playing, it didn't stop the
old stream - and all hell broke loose....
