Hi Frank,

There is no reason (I can think of) why you couldn't use a personal
firewall
(ZoneAlarm or other) on each PC.

Just so I understand: Output of modem is connected to the hub and each PC's
netowrk card is connected to the hub...?
If this is the case then you should be able to use XP's in-built firewall
on
both PCs.

Had a friend around today and it seems i cant have a firewall with my
setup...

Nope havent put a router in as yet.......Got a broadband modem.....
