CID enabled as the cordless displays the number OK. Have not been able to
find a setting for US/UK CID - Oh well!
Only other thing to try is re-flashing and trying again.

Either it's the wrong cid type for your line, or you don't have cid enabled
on line...
If it's a UK USR modem on a BT line I'm surprised it's not working.
Other modems can do ntl/telewest cid though
