I don't think you can.
John's service version doesn't need the ocx (and when time allows the same
will apply to the vb6 app, but can't say when that will be)
Have you tried at#cid=1 to see if your modem supports cid?
In a couple of weeks (or so) I plan to release an xpl_meteor like app that
uses a USR modem for cid (the modem will need to be dedicated as the port
will be permanently open).
