Not anytime soon I'm afraid. It took me ages to get this working as it is,
and it skips the wav file header as I don't have the details (yet) to
decode
it. It relies on the hardcoded 'default' sample rate within the rest of the
rio code (though the rest of the rio code reads the mp3/flac/ogg header to
get the correct sample rate for music).

Windows built-in sound recorder should be able to take a 22khz file and
convert it to 44/48khz though. Not sure what effect this would have on
quality.
