Don't you also need the SAPI ActiveX objects, which in my experience don't
always get installed unless you download the full SAPI SDK (at over
130MB!!).

Tony - did you not have a link somewhere to a complete SAPI 5.1 package
that
included all the ActiveX stuff? - I can't find it at the moment.

I have an installation package here that I use to deploy SAPI to all my
workstations in a single step, but I'm not sure about the licensing
implications
of making it publically available.
