Hi Frank,

Looks like you're using the latest Manager, but still have an older version
of
the xPLHal service.

Download this file:
<a href="http://www.xplhal.com/xpl/xPLHalUpdate.zip";>http://www.xplhal.com/xpl/xPLHalUpdate.zip</a>

And extract it into a temporary location.

Make sure the xPLHal Manager is closed down.
Go into Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, then Services.
Right-click on xPLHal and click "Stop".

Look in the folder where you extracted the xplhalupdate.zip file and copy
the
file xplhal.exe into C:\Program Files\xPL\xPLHal, overwriting the version
that
is already there.

Now, back at the list of services, right-click on xPLHal and click
"Start".
Wait for the service to start (may take a few seconds).

Now when you fire up the Manager, it should show version 1.4 down at the
bottom,
and you should have devices listed in the determinator wizard.

Regards,

John
