Can you look and see if the file exists, it should unless you have deleted
it for some reason.
Check also that your configs/vendor/scripts folders are still there.
Maybe is it was originally installed elsewhere.
Given your previous posts on this matter I find that when copying the
xplhal.exe file it won't let me overwrite the old one while the service is
still running anyway. Can you confirm exactly what you've done so far
