Reconfig?

Hi All
Having some reconfig issues with my pic tvosd which im assuming is
with my pic code...
But there is something which might be an issue with the pc software...If i
click on any xpl device (pc apps) ie xpl-hvision to reconfigure i get in
the
configurable items...newconf...but when i do this with the pic tvosd i dont
get newconf i get the current instance....is this normal...??? I tried to
reconfig my pic tvosd and the xpl manager didnt generate any config.*
messages ????
