Help with OSD

Hi,

I want to play with the xPLRSS app and am trying to create an OSD
message.

So far I have written a script in xPLHAL which is:

Sub TestOSD()
call
xpl.sendmsg("","","OSD.BASIC","Hi")
End Sub

Then I created an event to call that script....

is that right? or do I need to add something else because I can't
see the message in the monitor.
