registered xpl_asp.dll just fine but when i try to register squtil.dll
i get this message:

squtil.dll was loaded but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not
found.
DllRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of squtil
may be in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it.

any suggestions? i'm using win2k.
