Euhm... I already wrote something called "xPLLogger" :-/
It logs xpl msgs to an xml file. I made a few xsl transformation
scripts that turn the xml into something more readable (2 scripts for
different HTML layout, 1 for Excel).
It logs all elements of the xpl msg into seperate nodes or attributes
+ the raw msg itself. So you can do anything with it later.
The logsize, filters (i.e. what to log), filenames, etc can be
configured via HAL.
My intention was to be able to keep an eye on the running xpl
processes via webbrowser (on a local machine or somewhere on the
internet).
It isn't released yet, as I have it compiled with v3 of xpllib. I was
waiting for a consensus on the functionality of the v3 lib before
releasing the code.
But if you could use it, just ask... (C# code)
Regards,
Tom
