Nice one Gerry,

I've been thinking recently about getting the one wire temperatures
out onto xPL.

One of the things I like about Linux is the way it has lots of little
apps that do a very specific task, and do it very well. It also lets
you tail these apps together to make them do even more useful and
complicated things.

Hopefully with your Java classes I should now just be able to knock up
a script that will read temperatures (via digitemp) paste those into a
template and have a little java app that just sends pre-constructed
xPL messages.
