xPLRioNet beta v3.7d released

Hi all,

Have just published latest version to www.xplhal.com

Please advise if this does or doesnt fix the synch issues.

It also has some fixes to shoutcast stuff to work with streams that don't
include meta interval parameter in header (like dabbar for wavefinder) and
also fixes an issue with port number being missing from url (assumes 80).

Also has a few fixes/improvements to slimp3 stuff.

Rio users already on v3.7 to v3.7c only need to update the xplrionet.exe
(otherwise you need to update rio.bin and reboot rio's)
