All the event logs (both xPL Monitor and the windows application event
log) suggest that everything is working - indeed, I can send commands
from xPLHal, they are picked up and confimed by the CM12 service.
Receiving data from the powerline works perfectly, so all the services
etc must be configured and running.
The only thing not working is sending commands - the CM12 does return a
confirmation, but nothing happens to the lights. I did check the
hardware with my own app, and I confirmed that the CM12 does work..
It's all very mysterious!
