RioNet - boot problem

using the latest releases. Been having problems with one of the two
rio's connected to the same hub booting. Its behaved differently on
occasions, but as of this morning, it gets as far as 'found music
server' but doesn't populate with the startup screen. It will respond
to xpl commands and will even play music, but the 'Sync' option is
not on the web interface or the are no rio's listed in the
sychronision menu on the rio itself. took an ethereal dump if you want
it.
