xplrionet v2.4 - playlist fix

Hi all,
have published beta v2.4 to www.xplhal.com
This is identical to v2.3, except it fixes the playlist issue.
Anyone not already on v2.3 should update to v2.3 before v2.4 (as v2.4 does
not contain the new rio.bin from v2.3 to keep the download small)
