I'll try and get a debug version out this evening that will capture some of
DDE message details and a program trace for me to debug against. Then I
can try and get a fixed release done once I work out what is going wrong.

Looking at the Xplhvision program I can see that it is receiving the
information from HV, Input changes etc but it is not transmitting these
as Xpl messages. Maybe something to do with the Hvinput file or the way
it reads it, I put a blank Hvinput in and restarted and it still reports
periodic events and timers.
