Yep that's right.

The first bit is a value name, and is not accessible, unless I write code
to
read the file each time and find it. Which would be a waste of processing
time?

The sapi returns the spoken text.

E.g. When I generate a list of music tracks if just put a sequential value
in the first bit, which is quite handy as it keeps the file a lot smaller.
