When you run xpllaunch.exe do you get a xpl icon down by the clock?

If you do it is probably that the xpllaunch.exe has timed out waiting
for it's config (normal after 30 minutes). try running it again.

If not let me know and I'll compile a version of the xpllaunch.exe
and xpl.ocx that will give a bit more information back to help track
down where it is going wrong.
