Well I stripped out kernel development, and I don't have x installed.
Full was probably overstating it, as to me linux is the dos part ;-)

The main fs is about 70mb (compressed to 16mb) and loaded into ramdisk, and
/usr is on an nfs share
It's almost as fast to load as it is from the hdd

Biggest issue is the fact that the windows nfs server I'm using doesn't
recognise user/groups etc, but it works.
I'm starting again with redhat 9, and trying to make it smaller.
My aim is really to create an STB...
