have a couple of one wire hubs ready to go so I would love to see an XPL
capability...at the moment and probably for the next month and a
half or so I will be strapped for time due to building/cabling new
house but after that I will have a very heavily cabled house just
crying out to be used as a testbed. I doubt I can help too much on the
development side of either hardware or software but I am more than happy to
be a testbed for anything you guys want to throw at me ;)

Serial devices can use POE for their power,it's very well defined, and
there's a lot of cheap how-to stuff on the netfor it (mostly from Wifi
groups who manage to power an Access Point over thesame CAT5 that carries
the data!)I think we have super small embedded ethernet style kit(<A

at one end, for placing very simple devicesdirectly onto the Ethernet, The
rocket thing (is that basically just aRabbit development board?) in the
middle, and Mini-ITX kit at the otherend...I'm keen to get developing, but
I'm also strapped for cash : gotta go dosome work to pay for my toys
