The guiding principle is to deliver the richest possible information to the
network, as far as possible..
there's no *requirement* as there isn't a POP3 schema defined yet. (wanna
volunteer?)
at the same time, the more descriptive useful information is available to
the
xpl network, the more potential or adding smarts there is.
