Perhaps it would be better sent as:

Zone=<instance of receiving redrat>
Device=<device to control>
Command=<button 1>, <button 2> ... <button n>
Delay=<specifies a delay between each button press>

To avoid duplicate name pairs.
So you send a separate xpl message per device

Any opinions?
