Rio Web - Calling any asp/java expert

Hi all,

Was wondering if any asp/java expert could tell me how to achieve the
following, please?

I have 2 frames main & xpl

I click a link in main, this loads an asp page in xpl
I would like to know how I can get the new page that has loaded in xpl
To refresh the page being displayed in main?

The reason is that I have hyperlinks in main for each rio, clicking the
link
selects the rio being controlled, via the xpl frame, but I'd like to
refresh
main so that the currently controlled rio's name is updated.

As the url for main contains an unknown selection of parameters, I can't
just get the xpl frame to reload main. Or can i?
