phone.log doesn't exist
source.cfg has one line:
TONYT-PHONE.EOWEN160807
installed mdac2.7
vb6sp5 runtime
still get same error
what's a sound wave driver?

Not a clue what that is...
Does it write anything into phone.log?
Do you have the same sound wave driver as john installed?
Does it get as far as chatting to xplhal (i.e. anything in configs or
vendor
folder)?
