Minor tool update...

I have a new monitor application, (it's actually a nice little development
on from the xAP version I did way back) This one is handy for stepping
through a conversation one message at a time for troubleshooting and
development work: it has the same requirements as the existing xPL apps.

As an aside, do we have anyone interested in porting aspects of the xPL
environment across to a Linux platform? Misterhouse has native support for
xPL, but it would be nice if we could get the hub/config engine ported
across...
