Why do I have to wait for a group moderator?

Hi,

Sorry about the double posting. I originally posted two emails to
xap_automation when they should have gone to xAP_developer.

I sent the two emails 3 hours ago but they are still not posted on the
group yet.

This then leads me to my current email where I have used the yahoo groups
web page to do my double posting.
Here I notice that I must first await a moderator to read my email and
approve it befor posting.

What crap. All of this modern high speed technology and I still have to
wait for an individual somewhere on the other side of the world, probably
fast asleep, to then read my email and say yes/no.

So much for an open source, free to the public system.
I can't even ask a question without it being screened.
