Yes you can use a BSC Text type for almost anything - the disadvantage
is that it doesn't convey any resolution or range information nor
provide a clear way for control if it's an output (which it isn't in
your example) should you be able to issue a xAPBSC.cmd to the endpoint.

You could also use a standard Level command as before 6724/10000 and
supplement that with a DisplayText=67.24% parameter to achieve both.
