There is a full scripting engine built into xAP Desktop and also xAP
Floorplan has scripting plus some tools to help you build scripts via
the GUI. You can utilise Floorplan just for its scripting support , the
name perhaps belies this.   There is a very easy to configure feature
specifically to interconnect BSC devices and a time scheduler for example.
