missing dll's

Well things have gotten much better.  All seems to be working, but ran
into a snag.  I am able to register the xapax.ocx on two of my win 95
systems and all of my XP systems.  On the win 95 systems where I can
not register xapax.ocx it returns an error 485.  This error code
signifies missing dll's. A hex review of xapax.dll seems to indicat
that it requires 4 dll's Kernel32, User32, ole32, and ntdll. Each of
those dll's exist in the windows\system folders of all of the win 95
systems.

Are there other dll's that xapax reuires and if so where can I get them.
