Case sensitivity...

Are xAP addresses (source, target, subaddress) supposed to be case
sensitive or case insensitive? If I've read the spec correctly, it is
silent on the issue, but the general case of "everything after the '='
is case sensitive" seems to suggest names are indeed case
sensitive...?
