Oh, I should add that the change events are generated because I use
the configuration file API to update things. I need to change this
code to support the FileSystemWatcher class, but since I just stick
with the one API for editing the apps own config file I've not truly
missed it.
The idea was that I could monitor changes to the file particularly in
a Windows Service environment and track the changes without requiring
a restart. Just rearrange the following: "ToDo", "On
The" and
"List"... ;)
