xAP / xPL Gateway

Hi guys,

I'm not here to pry into the ongoing development on the xAP side, and I'm
certainly not here to re-open old arguments! What I am here to do, is get
xAP support enabled in xPLHal as easily as possible.

Basically, we need some code and information in order to get this working
:)

aiui, our hub protocols are slightly different, so we need some working VB
hub code from an application in order for the xPLHal Application to
register
with the hub correctly.

Some questions:
Is the xAP Hub available as a windows service?
How do apps register with the Hub?
Do apps de-register on close, or is there a heartbeat timeout?
What are the requirements for heartbeating to keep the port alive on the
hub?

Ian.
