xAPFramework KCS.Utilities

Hi Stuart

I am now working on the HubClient App rewrite into VB and found that the
KCS.Utilities supplied with the framework in the References directory is
version 1.0.6.0 but the source I used to recompile this is only version
1.0.4.0.
This creates a warning in the Hub Client app telling me that it can't
overwrite the 1.0.4.0 version with the 1.0.6.0 decpendency of the
framework.
