Oh. I had a thought. You'll probably have compiled the xAPxyz.DLL
files with VS.net??? But you're linking with the KCS.Utilities one
from the References directory, which is compiled to use the .net
Framework v1.1.

I suspect you'll need to add a new project to your solution and
include the files to build KCS.Utilities from here:

It's a very noddy class library with just a handful of utility
functions and classes I use.

That's my best suggestion at this stage. Unfortunately I don't have a
machine with VS2002.net on it although I probably could arrange for
that as I have a semi-spare OS available on this box.
