OK I have setup a VB.NET project and all the references and converted some
the code from the Sample HubClient Application into VB to display any
messages that are received on the console.

This complies and runs but exits with

I thought it was somthing I had done so I compilesd the original Sample
HubClient Application c# code and the same error occurs when I run it.

Do you know what this error means?

I've check and the file exists and the user I am logged in as has full
control of the file.

Any ideas?
