this message comes up not only when you don’t have a path to the
OCX
correctly set but also if any of the required DLL’s are not
present (the
dependencies) – have you installed the DLL bundle that Patrick
supplies ?

<font size="2"

If so
then I have another suggestion. The OCX requires the following DLL
 msvcrtd.dll
 – is this installed on your
machine ? – if not you need to install it. If you need a copy of
this dll
then I will email it to you directly as this xAP group strips attachments I
believe.

I
have just moved over from TonyT’s framework to using Patricks OCX
and I
am very pleased with the decision. Glad to have some more users on board.
In
which environment will you be using it
??

it seems to me that <font size="2"

for
<font size="2"

all this different kit together.

I’ve
had a quick look at <font size="2"

downloaded
the OCX control, but I don’t seem to be able to get it to
register,
I get
the <font size="2"

anyone shed any light on this.
