This is really valuable too. I can see two approaches here: either
have a xAP Service manager on each platform, which allows
installation of software on that host using a nice GUI and ensures
hubs etc start in right order (perhaps as a service under NT) so that
the whole thing becomes painless

-OR-

more ambitious, provide a run time engine (single cd/floppy) for each
type of host and then allow installation of all software from a
single point (perhaps using tftp) via a nice GUI.

Same here, need this badly.

System monitoring is a great area for xAP, and I'd love to see basic
stats (perhaps leveraging the LCDproc code) for my servers on the xAP
network.
