xAP Homevision...

Well,

As you know, I've had issues with my CM12U...

... so I wrote a HomeVision xAPplet instead :-)

Still limited - only does X10 stuff FROM xAP TO Mains domains, but a
good step forward.

We REALLY need to get closure on a schema for I/O, both command and
telemetry (if they're different)... that's the only thing standing
between getting I/O control for HomeVision working.

Likewise, a schema for "notification that I've received / please
send" stored IR command would be good.

This all uses the HomeVision serial protocol direct. Now I've got
some xAP parsing -> encoding to HV serial command -> serial control
of HV stuff written, it's just a matter of adding the other "encoding
from schema to HV command" code, which is the easy part.

The bad news for you Linux guys - it's in VB.

Alpha testers required....

Regards,

Mark
