RE: xAP switch

OK, PCB done. We now have 16 inputs, 8 outputs, control lines etc. and 3
LED's on a 40 pin chip. The PCB is looking a little crowded now and will be
a real challenge to produce at home. Sadly it is double sided as well but
there really was no choice with that.
I'll update the program later as that is not necessary just now.
