I am not aware of a xAP to C-Bus software application - aside from HA
software that has both a C-Bus plugin and a xAP one. It is very
do-able though.

However ;-) ... originally the C-Bus protocol was not publicly
documented and so having adopted C-Bus myself I signed up as a C-Bus
Enabled partner and I built a small embedded hardware gateway that
presents all the C-Bus groups as xAP BSC endpoints. Several other
people had the same need and so I had some boards manufactured which I
provide at near cost . The gateway has Ethernet, C-Bus interface and 4
RS232/485 ports plus some parallel interfacing. Later I added support
for HomeVision as a hardware controller via one of the serial ports
which makes a great standalone control system adding logic, scheduling,
macros and additional I/O + X10. There are also iViewer and
SquareD/Schneider IHC modules. There's a picture of the gateway board here
.
