HomeSeer and xAP

I'm just starting out with xAP and am looking to integrate it with HomeSeer
(with which I am also a novice). I've managed to install the xAP plugin for
HomeSeer from Mi4 (HomeSeer 2 Plugin 2 Beta 2), but am unsure how to
procede
from here. The how-to guide advises that I select xAP Conduit from
HomeSeer's toolbar, but it does not exist. Can anyone suggest how I might
go
about implementing a Hello World test? I'm currently running both the
xFX-Express Hub and Viewer. Thanks.
