I'm not sure what is going on but V4.1 doesn't display any messages;
Nil, nix, Nudda.

It could be that I have multiple NIC's, with different network segments,
attached to my machine and its not listening on the right subnet.

If I fire up V3 first so it becomes a HUB then fire up V4 it gets messages,
but that's not ideal.
