HI Wolfgang,
You're in the wrong place I'm afraid. xAP and xPL are different
things and although similar in some respects they not compatible in
terms of hubs or interaction. You should try the xPL forums.
There is a xAP plugin for SqueezeCentre and there are xAP hubs
that you can use. Likewise there is/was an xPL plugin for SqueezeCentre
and I assume xPL hubs for that. It is possible that if SqueezeCentre
is the only xAP (or xPL) application running on a device then it could
operate without a hub being required and I think that is the purpose of
the xAP 'use hub' option. Maybe the xPL plugin has similar capabilities.
I was not aware that there was any interaction possible between KNX
/ EIB and xPL but maybe I've missed that. Certainly there is not such a
capability from xAP even though the SqueezeCentre plugin is very capable.
