Before I start problem solving

Hello: I'm  finally in a position to start implementing some xap apps
for real.  I'm putting together a new machine to run this on,  but I'm
testing a few things on a test (virtual) machine first.

I've been testing a few bits and bobs with mixed success; but before I
start digging deeper I thought it might be worth asking if I should expect
the following to work together at all.

The new xfx xap hub, the latest version of the slimserver app, and the tivo
osd connector and test message sender from mi4

I'm not going to be more specific at the moment;as my test environment
(virtual PC on a mac with a ropey xp installation) is liable to be flakey! 
but if i had a clean install on proper hardware are there any potential
problems with the apps i mentioned?
