Can xAP Blue 0.1 work with Win 7?

Subject: Can xAP Blue 0.1 work with Win 7?

Was wondering if anybody has gotten xAP Blue 0.1 to work with Win7?  I
can get the program to run and detects my phones but it doesn't create the
Settings.txt file like it does on WinXP.

Any ideas?
