Hi,

I don't think removing an image would cause this, rather a windows
update or another program installing/uninstalling a common file. At a
guess it is probably the activex database components, aka MDAC.  If
you re-download the floorplan msi right click on it and select repair
then it should fix things. Do a backup of the Floorplan folder before
you do this and copy the backup backover the freshly repaired folder.
The dlls that the install should fix are in various other system
places so it's quite safe to do.
