Hi,

ntsvc.ocx is fairly standard ocx that allows apps to run as services.
I use in many of my apps for the purpose. As far as I'm aware it
doesn't have any odd dependancies, so it should be just registered to
fix the issue. I'm imagining some thing with UAC is stopping this
happening.
To fix:
find the path to the file,   it will either be in system32 or in the
install folder.
Make a short cut on your desktop to %windir%\system32\regsvr32.exe
right click on the shortcut and click properties, add to the target
the fullpath to the ocx so it lookssomething like
%windir%\system32\regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\ntsvc.ocx
click ok
right click on the shortcut and click Run as administrator
you should get a success message
delete the shortcut
run the floor/blue etc.
